Some might say that it is easier to sit and watch a 30-second clip about a product, rather than sit down and read an article detailing the product. This medium adds that personal touch, allowing the consumer in and seeing a different yet fun side.

Here at Auditor Training Online we are very aware of this and include video as part of our courses and social media.  We do also have to understand that, just like with education and training (which is our business), people learn in many different ways, so it is important to have a mixture or variety of methods for communication.
