Qudos Club Demo

It’s a new product that we have available and honestly, it’s a hidden gem!

Just looking at it as a static web page really doesn’t do it justice. So I thought I’d give you all a sneak peek of what it is and what’s included. Believe me, you will be surprised and impressed.

What an Asset!

So, I will take you on a Qudos Club tour now by sharing my screen with you all.

As you can see you have access to not one, not two, not three but four toolkits for the one bargain price. So, what is in these toolkits? Let's take a look.

I have to pick one of these standards so I’m going to pick ISO 45001 for this demo because we all love a bit of OH&S don’t we? And of course, ISO 45001 is our newest ISO Standard so it’s a great place to start as I’m sure a lot of you are keen to get your hands on some system templates.

Now, I’m just going to show you one of these toolkits but all of them are set up in exactly the same way.

Let's click on the Safety toolkit then. You will see on the left-hand side of the screen, the menu.

So the first option is the tour – this is a nice format that shows you what you will learn and tells you a little bit about the Toolkit you are in. There are only a few pages here so it’s a nice introduction.

The next option is the Guide Book where you are presented with a list of contents that align essentially with the Clauses in the Standard.

So, let's just pick one to show you. Let's pick 6 Planning just so we can take a broad look.

This covers the following areas as guidance:

  • What’s changed from earlier OHS standards
  • Hazard Identification
  • Risk Assessment including an example risk matrix
  • Monitoring and review
  • Legal and other requirements
  • OH&S objectives

A great help is also this activity section which provides guidance on implementation:

And then an added bonus there are a couple of Case Studies included too so you can see real stories of how the requirements are being used within an organization.

Then the big bonus is what is in the toolkit – there are so many templates for you to view, download and make your own! And there are different templates to choose from depending on what type you are after, so you can use more formal layouts if you are a larger corporate business or if you’re a small family business you might prefer the less formal layout

If you don’t want to go through all of the Guide Book and want to go directly to the templates then you can do that by clicking directly on either the Policies & Overviews, Procedures, Forms, Letters or SWMS – these categories narrow down your search for the template type.

And finally, the tools section is where you will find all of the tools that are listed throughout the difference guidance sections.

Qudos Club in Action

I recently used Qudos to help a friend out who needed to submit several OH&S procedures, forms and registers required for an Industry Accreditation. I simply went into Qudos and searched for what he needed. I downloaded them and added his company logos and their own version control.

We then had a Zoom and worked together for a couple of hours by updating the templates to reflect what he actually did within his own business. The templates served as a great guide and prompt to what we needed or should include. And bonus – he submitted his documentation for his Industry Accreditation and was successful the first time!

Recapping the Inclusions

As I said earlier all of these toolkits – ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 are included in the price of $660AUD – this is such great value!

You get access to these toolkits for twelve (12) months so you have that time to download and use what you need for your system.

You can continue to pay annually so you receive updates on templates and other great News, Article and Document updates - or you can just purchase once-off and use what you need in 12 months!
