How Not to Get Sick From Eggs

To celebrate AFSW19 we are sharing a three-part video series all about Excellent Eggs – Handle Them Safely!

Eggs are a source of high quality protein and rich in many nutrients that are important in our diet. However, eggs are very delicate and should be handled properly in order to avoid food-borne illness.

In our first video, Kelly, the Project Manager for our HACCP Food Safety course takes us into the ATOL kitchen to talk about eggs and the foodborne illnesses that can come from eggs.
